Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Lead

Overview: Role Description - Salesforce Data Cloud Lead
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, from:
- Discovery and impact analysis
- Architecture and design
- Deployment and go-live
- Post-go-live support and optimization
- Architect data models, ingestion pipelines, and data flows within Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring:
- Scalability
- High performance
- Cost efficiency
- Conduct and participate in client discovery workshops to:
- Define business-centric use cases
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Mentor and guide development teams by:
- Enforcing Salesforce and Data Cloud best practices
- Conducting architecture and code reviews
- Ensuring high code quality and delivery standards
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems, including:
- CRM and ERP platforms
- Marketing automation tools
- REST and SOAP APIs
- ETL and data integration tools
- Create and maintain architecture and delivery artifacts , including:
- Data models and schemas
- Data flow and integration diagrams
- Consumption and capacity estimates
- Deployment plans
- Cutover and migration strategies
- Implement and monitor data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including:
- GDPR
- CCPA
- Enterprise data security protocols
- Drive post-launch performance monitoring by:
- Proactively identifying system and data issues
- Optimizing performance, reliability, and data quality
- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to:
- Support stakeholder adoption
- Enable ongoing platform optimization and self-service usage
