Payroll Coordinator - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and reporting activities. This role will assist with payroll processing, employee payroll updates, reporting, and compliance-related tasks while working closely with a small payroll team. Responsibilities Support the preparation and processing of recurring payroll activities for employees across multiple locations. Maintain employee payroll records and update payroll-related changes within the payroll system. Assist with payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Help support payroll tax and regulatory requirements. Generate standard and ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders. Perform administrative and data management tasks related to payroll operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1+ years of payroll experience, including internship or temporary payroll experience. Experience with payroll systems required.
