Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting compassionate and ethical individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools. Employing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address client needs. Creating personalized treatment plans that align with individual goals and mental health challenges. Assisting clients in gaining insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster self-awareness. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily provide services to stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). No disciplinary actions on your record and a commitment to ethical practice. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a supportive, empathetic approach to client interactions. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following are highly desirable: Experience conducting telehealth sessions and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms. A background in working with a diverse client population and a strong understanding of cultural competency in mental health.
