Mass Torts Paralegal

Mass Action Paralegal (1+ Years of Experience) Location: Los Angeles, CA We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mass action paraelgal to join our dynamic legal team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in plaintiff mass tort litigation and a strong understanding of the legal process, procedures, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial preparation, including drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Manage case files and maintain accurate, organized case documentation. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys. Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Assist with discovery processes, including organizing documents and preparing responses. Prepare and file documents with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and deadlines. Schedule depositions, hearings, and other critical case-related events. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience with mass tort litigation (plaintiff side) In-depth knowledge of California state and federal court rules and procedures. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Experience with case management and legal document management software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Paralegal certification preferred Spanish speaking is preferred but not necessary Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
