What Youll Do
As a Window Extruder Operator youll operate and support extrusion equipment used to produce high-quality window profiles. This is a hands-on position where youll develop valuable technical and manufacturing skills .
Your responsibilities will include
- Maintain proper raw-material levels on assigned machines
- Set up packaging including crates cradles boxes and other materials
- Measure finished profiles and package products according to specifications
- Verify piece count color length and labeling
- Process and organize scrap materials
- Perform extruder setup and teardown
- Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot material die and mechanical issues

- Ability to perform quality inspections
- Ability to use standard measuring equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
