Job Description

Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will support precision machining operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, quality-driven, able to read blueprints, and eager to learn and grow their skills.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Irwin, PA
Pay Range: $27
Shift: 3pm to 12am Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and meet production goals.
Manufacture new and custom components, selecting the appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining methods.
Create or modify CNC programs based on blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

What's Needed?

Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
Knowledge of manual machining equipment such as lathes, mills, and saws.
Ability to read blueprints and apply shop math skills.
Understanding of GD&T and precision measurement techniques.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to workplace safety.
