Business Development Representative

Overview Y&L Landscape & Tree Service is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our commercial landscaping, snow removal, tree care, enhancements, drainage, and property services across the Baltimore metro area. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with property managers, facility managers, community associations, general contractors, and commercial property owners. The right person will enjoy prospecting, networking, visiting sites, spotting opportunities, and collaborating with our estimating and operations teams to turn leads into profitable, long-term partnerships.
