Customer Service Representative

Essential duties and responsibilities include maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers through various channels and media. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner while always adhering to the company's core values. Know our products and services inside and out, so that you can answer questions and sell solutions. Process BOLs, orders, forms, applications, requests and other recurring materials. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Assist with onboarding, training, or knowledge-sharing with team members as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Engage in additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Education and/or work experience requirements include 03 years of customer service, client support, sales support, administrative support, logistics, or related experience preferred. College degree preferred. High school diploma required. Experience working in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess excellent and accurate organizational skills to ensure all work is completed in a timely fashion. Outstanding communication skills to clearly articulate at all levels is critical.
