Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive social work services to clients remotely, focusing on mental health and wellness.

• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to important resources, including mental health support, healthcare services, and social connections.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, which may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role is vital in addressing the unique social determinants of health that affect our clients, particularly those who may be marginalized or underserved in the Salinas area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work, ideally within community health settings.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with remote work technologies and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth delivery of services, knowledge of community resources in California, and a background in working with culturally diverse populations are highly beneficial in this role.
