Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mental health services through telehealth, utilizing video or phone platforms to engage with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and, where appropriate, group therapy sessions, using culturally competent approaches.

• Perform mental health assessments and provide counseling interventions, while monitoring and documenting clients' progress and outcomes accurately and timely.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with fellow mental health professionals and community resources to optimize client care.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

• Advocate for client needs, providing referrals to additional support services as necessary, and maintaining a strong network with community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical practice will primarily involve individuals facing various mental health and behavioral challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. By utilizing telehealth, you will facilitate meaningful therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their unique struggles while promoting resilience and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPCC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, diverse treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques suitable for teletherapy.

• Proficient with telehealth technologies and software platforms for conducting sessions and maintaining records.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients effectively while maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably working with individuals affected by mental health and behavioral health challenges.
