Chef de Cuisine
Fleurette , one of San Diego’s most celebrated new restaurants, is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to work directly alongside Chef Travis Swikard.
We are looking for a chef deeply grounded in classical French technique who approaches cooking with discipline, passion, and reverence for craft. This is an opportunity for a leader who thrives in a precision-driven, fine-dining environment and is committed to executing at the highest level, every single service.
What You BringSignificant experience in elevated, French-inspired cuisine
Michelin-starred experience strongly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
A calm, standards-driven leadership style
A genuine love of teaching, mentoring, and building strong kitchen culture
Operational strength and administrative experience
Deep respect for craft, ingredients, and hospitality
This role requires both technical mastery and the ability to inspire excellence in others. You will help shape a team committed to refinement, seasonality, and uncompromising quality.
