Sales Operations Specialist

DescriptionOur client in NYC needs someone to own the day-to-day health of our sales pipeline in HubSpot — not execute a queue of tickets, but actively monitor, catch problems, and fix or flag them before they become fires. This is a proactive-ownership role, not a wait-for-instructions role.- Lead flow — daily monitoring and correct assignment of inbound leads/deals; notices when something's stuck or misrouted without being told- Reporting integrity — proactively checks that dashboards and reports reflect reality (right source fields, right stage IDs), surfaces discrepancies immediately- RevPal relationship — operational owner: translates approved requirements into tickets, tracks implementation/testing, QA's delivered work against spec, pushes back when it doesn't match- Data hygiene — runs own audits (duplicates, stale lists, orphaned records) on a self-set cadence- Documentation — keeps data dictionary and list logic current as things driftAdditional Skills & Qualifications- Sales operations experience required — supporting a live sales team's pipeline, not just general CRM admin- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience required (CRM objects, workflows, lists, reporting)- Comfortable managing an external vendor relationship, including holding them accountable to spec- Self-directed — doesn't wait to be told what to checkJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
