Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Montage Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and their family dynamics to identify issues and treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families, while also offering specialized focus on family-related challenges.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges
\n
• Effects of physical and psychological trauma
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflict and communication difficulties
\n
• Transitional issues related to divorce and separation
\n
• Support for blended families and issues related to parenting
\n
• Adjustment challenges in both children and adolescents
\n
\n
• Regularly documenting client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided to each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse demographic, providing mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents. You will utilize a holistic approach to cater to the unique needs of each client, recognizing and addressing the intricate relationships within families that often influence individual mental health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A strong commitment to ethical practices in therapy and an understanding of diverse family structures and dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
