Required Skills and Qualifications:• Active and valid School Psychologist credentials or certification appropriate for Illinois• Demonstrated knowledge of psycho-educational assessment tools, behavioral and academic interventions, and best practices in school psychology• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and parents• Experience creating and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs) and conducting student evaluations• Passion for promoting student well-being, academic success, and mental health• Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and manage diverse caseloads

Key Responsibilities:• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs• Consult with educators, staff, and families to develop and monitor intervention strategies• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on intervention plans tailored to each student• Advocate for students by helping to create inclusive, supportive classroom environments• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
