Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
Familiarity with MS Office required.
This role will entail coordinating orders that come in for customers to use *****'s services, so this person will be communicating with different groups within *****- they need to be able to write well, and not afraid to ask questions.
