Labor Employment Associate

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate with 4+ years of law firm experience to join its Los Angeles office in a full-time, partnership-track role. Qualified candidates should have significant experience handling labor and employment litigation matters and be comfortable independently managing cases. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and overseeing cases through various stages of litigation. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential. Experience with single-plaintiff discrimination matters, class actions, and PAGA litigation is strongly preferred. Traditional labor experience is a plus. Prior large law firm and trial experience are also viewed favorably. Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles metro area and licensed to practice law in California. The expected salary range for this position is approximately $310,000–$390,000, depending on factors such as experience, skill set, education, practice area expertise, and market considerations.
