Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions - North America

C3 AI is hiring Directors/Senior Directors, Strategic Solutions. This is a quota‑carrying sales opportunity that builds on your experience in developing high‑value AI use cases and digital transformation strategies. Responsibilities Consult with global 1,000 customers to help them understand, structure, and implement digital transformation strategies. Engage in strategic relationships with customers to ensure realization of their digital transformation goals. Develop, maintain, and manage strategic customer engagement plans. Research and identify customer prospects and targets. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings. Represent C3 AI by driving business development with alliance partners. Engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success. Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs. Qualifications Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred. Prior sales consulting or management consulting experience. Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning. Experience in consulting, defense, intelligence, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, or energy is a plus. Exemplary written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills.
