To Discover more, please visit our website at Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews. Provide support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments. Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers. Assist with employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes. Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with company goals. Lead and support complex employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution. Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes. Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in HR Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
