Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through various formats, conducting both couple and individual therapy sessions. You will utilize established therapeutic modalities to address a broad spectrum of issues affecting families, including:

• Substance use disorders, such as alcohol abuse

• Adverse experiences including physical and psychological trauma
\n
• Grief and loss counseling
\n
• Managing conflicts among family members, including siblings
\n
• Navigating complex family dynamics, such as cut-offs and blended families

• Job-related stressors impacting family stability
\n
• Medical issues that affect family relationships
\n
• Adjustment concerns related to separation, divorce, and remarriage

• Effective communication strategies to resolve mother/daughter conflicts and other familial issues

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with both adults and child/adolescent populations, tailoring your approach to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. Your expertise will provide vital support to families during challenging times, helping them navigate issues that impact their collective mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
