Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL (Brickell) – Onsite Monday through Friday Compensation: $31–$35/hour (based on experience) plus paid overtime Estimated Total Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 annually About the Opportunity A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team in Miami. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting hiring initiatives across the organization, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, assessment days, and other recruiting events. Manage candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Facilitate communication between hiring teams and candidates to maintain momentum throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Draft offer documentation and assist with onboarding coordination. Support recruiting operations projects, including process documentation, reporting, surveys, and system updates. Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, internship programs, and large-scale recruiting events. Handle administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and invoice processing. Qualifications Strong academic record; 3.0 GPA or higher preferred. 1+ year of experience or internship experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related professional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
