Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, providing a safe space for clients to openly discuss their emotions and life experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with consist predominantly of stable adults presenting low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is carefully screened prior to enrollment in our teletherapy network, ensuring that you engage with individuals who are ready to commit to their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, alongside an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient in using technology and online platforms for therapy sessions and practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience, along with an appealing sign-on bonus of $3,000. Other benefits include:
