Clear Path Counseling Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our community-focused team. In this fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, creating a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life. Your primary role will be to provide high-quality mental health support to adults experiencing a range of stable, low-acuity mental health issues.

Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible, 100% remote work environment tailored to the modern professional. You will engage with clients primarily through secure video chat platforms, allowing for personal interactions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and safety. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to manage your appointments and workload autonomously without the stress of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized one-on-one video therapy sessions to assess clients' mental health needs and assist in their emotional healing.

• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their feelings, behaviors, and personal relationships, enabling them to gain deeper insights into their mental health.
\n
• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them identify specific goals and milestones within their therapeutic journey.
\n
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored, solution-focused treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.
\n
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies and adjust plans based on client feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to refine and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults who are experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. Our focus is on promoting emotional health through coping strategies, skill-building, and personal development, allowing clients to enhance their overall quality of life. By fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship, you will guide clients through their difficulties, helping them to reclaim autonomy over their mental health.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, applicants must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

\n
• Strong computer literacy skills and experience with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
