Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain in-depth insights into clients' mental health concerns, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that each session is catered to the client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or may face challenges in accessing in-person appointments, ensuring that mental health care is accessible to all.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 83,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a generous sign-on bonus as a token of our appreciation for joining our dedicated team.
