Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while establishing strong therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, empathy, and professional boundaries.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on client-centered goals, adapting approaches based on progress and specific client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each client's treatment process, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical regulations.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to establish initial client needs and effectively guide treatment planning.

• Utilize technology proficiently, including Excel spreadsheets and practice management software, to manage documentation and communication.

Our clinic serves a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required to ensure a strong theoretical understanding and clinical skills.

• Current, unrestricted, and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in using computer software and telehealth platforms, including knowledge of Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Prior experience working in a telehealth setting is beneficial, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and techniques to enhance client engagement and outcomes. Skills in crisis intervention and case management are also advantageous for effectively addressing client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a fee-for-service model, featuring guaranteed rates that ensure timely compensation ahead of collections, so you won't experience delays in reimbursement.
