Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to evaluate patients’ mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, integrating their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support, coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, enabling them to better manage their mental and emotional health.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment effectively.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health, applying this knowledge to your clinical work and patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
