Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring them to meet individual client needs.

• Engage collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, for case consultations and collective treatment strategy meetings.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, bridging knowledge gaps and connecting them to relevant community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health to continually enhance the therapeutic approaches utilized in client care.

• Manage a full caseload, ensuring timely and effective treatment while adhering to ethical standards set forth by your licensing board.

Qualifications\n
