Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor

Title: Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor Pay: $17 + Shift Differentials Shift: Monday 3 PM - 11 PM, Thursday 3 PM - 11 PM, Saturday 7 AM - 11 PM Location: Ridgeview, 4447 Gibsonia RD Company Overview: Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. provides treatment for adults and teens suffering from addiction or substance abuse, as well as individuals with mental health disorders. Founded in 1999, we have expanded to locations in western, central, and eastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive care across the state for those with behavioral health issues. Our programs include detoxification, inpatient treatment, methadone and Suboxone maintenance therapy, outpatient treatment, and halfway and transitional housing. We focus on providing a safe, supportive environment at all of our rehabilitation centers where individuals learn and practice recovery and coping skills. Deliverables/Principal Results Expected: * Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and provide feedback on performance.

• Assist with interviewing and hiring BHTs.
• Support employee disciplinary actions.
• Develop employee schedules.
• Assist with client interventions.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients.
• Attend facility meetings and coordinate BHT department meetings.
• Assign, monitor, and complete all required training for self and third-shift

BHTs. * Perform other duties as assigned. Technical Competencies:

• Role model appropriate behaviors to clients and BHTs.
• Contribute to maintaining a strong clinical program.
• Collaborate effectively with staff to meet client needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Complete required and mandatory training hours.
• Demonstrate strong skills in drug & alcohol (D&A) and mental health

treatment. * Possess a working knowledge of HIPAA, licensing, and CARF regulations. Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
