Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based assessments to guide your understanding.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities based on their preferences and goals.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, either in person via a hybrid model or through teletherapy, depending on client availability and comfort.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set clear therapeutic goals, continually monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Compensation and Benefits\n
