Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Licensed Social Worker to provide client-centered behavioral health and case management services across housing, family, and community-based programs. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, deliver counseling and psychoeducation, and coordinate referrals to community resources. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and advocate for clients’ needs while advancing LSS’s mission of dignity, inclusion, and social justice. LSS offers a supportive, faith-informed, and growth-oriented environment where your work has visible impact.
