The Opportunity

We are looking for a tech-savvy, high-velocity Inside Sales Representative to join our growth team. Unlike a traditional leasing or property management role, this is a pure sales position . You will not manage physical building maintenance, inspect units, or handle ongoing tenant issues. Instead, your single focus is converting high-intent inbound inquiries into completed bookings and closed lease agreements using our modern tech stack and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Conversion: Rapidly respond to 20 to 50 leads per week and qualify inbound renter inquiries, corporate housing leads, and listing applications across phone, email, SMS, and web messaging. 
• Pipeline Management: Drive deals through every stage of the sales pipeline—from initial inquiry and virtual tour/consultation to lease execution and payment.
• Leverage Tech & AI: Use Hubspot CRM automation and Sandpiper’s AI tools to track lead activity, optimize follow-up cadences, and match tenants with ideal homes in minutes.
• Supply & Demand Growth: Engage both prospective renters seeking flexible stays and property owners listing mid-term units on the platform. At present we get approximately 40 renter leads and 20 owner leads. Follow our sales script to address any questions and drive conversions on both sides. 
• Meet & Exceed Quotas: Hit and exceed monthly revenue, closed-booking, and lead conversion targets.
• Data Driven: Be a data driven in terms of identifying and prioritizing leads. Use our internal dashboard to improve key metrics such as response time, lead to close duration etc.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales Track Record: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR roles, SaaS, tech startups, or high-volume sales.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Fluency with modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, EZText, Slack, ClickUp, CloudTalk, Close), sales automation tools, live chat, and AI productivity software.
• Closing Skills: Strong phone presence, polished written communication, and a consultative, persistent approach to closing deals.
• High Velocity: Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent leads without letting deals slip through the cracks.
• Adaptability: Comfort working in an agile, startup environment where process and technology evolve rapidly.
• You have ability to prioritize and multi-task.

What Sets You Apart (Bonus)

• Experience in PropTech, short-term/mid-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Sonder, Blueground).
• Familiarity with sales automation scripts, video walk-through presentations, or digital contract execution.
