Seeking a motivated Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (English-Spanish) to work remotely, responsible for drafting client declarations, preparing legal packets, and conducting research to support humanitarian immigration cases. Key responsibilities Drafting and taking client declarations Preparing legal packets including cover letters, correspondence, and forms Conducting research and gathering information for cases Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases Experience in drafting legal documents and taking declarations Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents and processes Demonstrated ability to write clearly and accurately Virtual Vocations Inc
