Job Description Maintain an up to date database of customers through Sales logging, through the business current call reporting system. Keep a structured record of projects being worked on at all stages, including orders placed Be able to communicate and work with all divisions within the company. Prepare a monthly report highlighting key activities, success and market trends outlining on-going goals. Preparing project wise sales report every week to improve efficiency in completing the targets. Experience in customer relationship management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to define marketing area. Meeting Targets. A Good communicator at all levels. Approaching and convincing clients. Understanding the client requirements & providing them all the necessary details of the project. Participating in property exhibitions & generating enquires from the database.
