This position is 100% remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. As part of our supportive telehealth environment, you will benefit from flexible scheduling, with a typical workweek of Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and no on-call requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, utilizing a combination of standardized instruments and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that foster integrated care.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the treatment process and equipping them with the tools to assist their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele primarily consists of adolescents and young adults seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more. All clients are pre-screened and are typically stable, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care rather than crisis management. Our aim is to empower clients through effective therapeutic techniques and to help them achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability and experience providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology, including familiarity with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities, showcasing professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Commitment to maintaining a neat and professional appearance during client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection, while ensuring privacy to maintain client confidentiality.

• Competitive salary within the range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
