Job Summary

A professional services organization in the legal services industry is seeking Billing Specialists for temp-to-hire opportunities in North Palm Beach, FL. This in-office Billing Specialist role is ideal for detail-oriented accounting and finance professionals who enjoy accurate billing, Accounts Receivable support, collections follow-up, and frequent client communication.

This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative office environment where billing accuracy, teamwork, and responsive client service are valued. The role works closely with finance and sales teams, providing strong exposure to billing operations, customer account resolution, and month-end processes. Candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients by email will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer billing accurately and within required deadlines.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and related billing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and account questions.
- Maintain organized billing records, documentation, and account history.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and internal teams to support billing accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Assist with month-end billing processes, Accounts Receivable activity, and collections-related follow-up as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: North Palm Beach, FL.
- Work Arrangement: In-office position.
