Job Description Job Description Seeking an EXPERIENCED Bookkeeper Must have extensive experience with financial statements, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping. Must be able to establish a charge of accounts, maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions, balances, as well as reconciling entries, recording all financial transactions, posting debits, credits and invoices. Can handle the full cycle of accounting duties including receivables, payables, collections and billing, multi-bank reconciliations and record-keeping, detailed analysis and preparation of reports. The successful candidate must be highly organized, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, analytical and be able to multi-task and complete projects timely. Must be able to work under pressure. Knowledge and Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel required, and at least 4 years of experience as a bookkeeper. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Located in Lake Park in North Palm Beach. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. Please submit a resume with verifiable references.
