Accounts Payable SpecialistIsland Hospitality Management is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices for multiple branded hotel properties. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence in vendor relations.This position is based out of our corporate office located at 1475 Centrepark Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage invoices for multiple hotel propertiesAccurately enter data into accounting systemsCode invoices and verify proper coding for management invoicesResolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate with the Purchasing Department to address AP and procurement issuesPrepare and mail checks to appropriate vendorsPerform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management teamQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesSelf-motivated team player with a strong sense of initiativeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentEffective problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issuesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with JD Edwards accounting software is a plusTraining & Development:At Island Hospitality, we are committed to your professional growth.
