Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for support.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote healing and resilience.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that clearly outline specific goals and interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients facing emergencies or acute psychological distress.

• Facilitate psychoeducation groups, therapeutic support groups, and wellness workshops to enhance community engagement and client empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role targets a diverse clientele, with a primary focus on school-aged individuals who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
