Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities All phases of Accounts Payable including review and verification of invoice submissions, daily data entry, weekly check run and ACH payment processing and filing Reconciliation of vendor statements and general ledger Month-end accrual journal entries and posting to general ledger Year-end 1099's Special projects as requested by management Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications Minimum 4 years General Ledger accounting experience in a multi-company environment ACCPAC experience preferred Excellent calculator and computer skills including email, MS Excel and Word Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet strict deadlines and execute tasks with great attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and efficiency Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Excellent mathematical and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
