Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans with specific goals, interventions, and evaluations that focus on client progress and adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate seamless care for clients.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, support groups, and psychoeducation classes to foster community and shared learning among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to support clients facing acute situations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
