Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote working environment, allowing you to offer therapy and support services from your own space. Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will have access to electronic health records (EHR) systems to document sessions and track patient progress efficiently. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients' mental health statuses through telehealth sessions, taking into consideration their unique histories and presenting concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy treatment plans that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Regularly meet with clients to evaluate their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to provide ongoing support and guidance.
\n
• Facilitate individual and, as appropriate, group therapy sessions while engaging clients using culturally responsive and inclusive practices.
\n
• Serve as a resource for clients by providing referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, for medication evaluation and management when required.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with privacy laws and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Your ability to understand and navigate the complexities of each individual's experience will be essential in fostering their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating competence in mental health assessments and treatment planning.
\n
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with mainstream evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing remote therapy through telehealth platforms.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, with a proven ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
