Clinical Specialist CRM - Sarasota / Fort Myers

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and operational support for Cardiac Rhythm Management devices in the Sarasota territory. The role involves device troubleshooting, customer education, inventory management, and extensive field travel to support clinical outcomes and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical support including device interrogations, implant assistance, and troubleshooting for CRM systems
- Manage operational tasks such as patient documentation, inventory control, programmer software maintenance, and coverage logistics
- Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products, therapies, and patient management solutions
- Travel extensively within assigned territory (approximately 80%) to support customer clinics and hospitals
- Identify customer opportunities, support sales activities, monitor competitor trends, and provide feedback to leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 6 years healthcare/field sales experience, or Associate's degree plus 4 years, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years
- Medical terminology and complex mathematics or mechanical/science concepts knowledge
- Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and meeting company driving standards
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and work 8+ hours daily in clinical environments
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering (preferred)
- 2+ years catheterization lab, electrophysiology lab, or cardiology clinic experience (preferred)
