Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport with clients, ensuring they feel safe and understood.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes while maintaining detailed documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Coordinate with other mental health professionals, family members, and community resources when appropriate, providing referrals as needed to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families facing challenges in communication and dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each presenting unique situations and stories that require empathy, understanding, and tailored treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals and/or groups in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
