Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and people-focused Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting HR processes, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation. Respond to frequently asked questions regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes: elevate complex inquiries to senior HR staff as needed. Protect the confidentiality and integrity of all HR information and records. Provide clerical and administrative support, including creating content for benefit communications across various media. Deliver strong customer service by monitoring and responding to employee requests in a timely manner. Oversee completion and verification of Forms I-9 and maintain all related documentation. Submit online background investigation requests and assist with new-hire screening processes. Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and terminations. Serve as back-up for payroll processing. Perform additional HR duties as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn HRIS, payroll systems, and related applications.
