Litigation Legal Assistant (Boston/ Hybrid) Our growing law firm client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to support a great litigation team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong experience with court filings, case management, and attorney support. Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials Manage state and federal court filings, including extensive experience with e-filing systems Handle Massachusetts Superior Court Rule 9A filings and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings Coordinate service of process and communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files Track deadlines and assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management Qualifications 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience preferred Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures in state and federal courts Experience handling Massachusetts Rule 9A filings required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software Why Join Us?
