Bar Manager As the Bar Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the beverage program, including inventory, menu development, vendor relations, and member training. You’ll ensure consistent, high-quality service and beverage presentation across all outlets, driving both fan satisfaction and revenue. This role is ideal for a leader with a passion for mixology, strong operational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. This opportunity will be located in the food court area attached to the same building that REVERB hotel is located, not within the hotel proper Key Responsibilities You will be the driving force behind our hotel's exceptional beverage offerings, ensuring our fans enjoy memorable drinks and excellent service. Your daily tasks will include managing bar staff, developing drink menus, and monitoring inventory. You will report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Director of Food & Beverage. A career as a bar manager can lead to opportunities such as food and beverage director, general manager, or even a corporate-level position within the hospitality industry. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have A college degree or two years of hotel experience Previous experience in a similar or related position What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with fans about job-related needs.
