Recreation Admin & Guest Services Coordinator

Carolinas Staffing is looking for an Administrative Recreation Attendant in Southport, NC! Key Responsibilities: Administrative tasks: Organization of documents, data entry, and billing. Help work the front desk and answer phone calls. Answer guest questions with professionalism and knowledge. Complete opening, closing, and daily checklists accurately. Keep recreational facilities clean and orderly according to daily procedures. Stay informed on programs, events, and activities to assist and guide guests. Help implement programs including youth and conference recreation events. Requirements: Being able to multitask Follow directions from the Facility Coordinator and support event execution. Ensure safety across all facilities and activities. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to pass a Background Check.
