Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to suit clients of all ages, addressing a myriad of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of outcomes.

• Exhibit cultural competence in interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet their individualized cultural needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff—to provide comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
