Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood-related challenges.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, therapeutic options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Work seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to enhance integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to refine and improve therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Clarity Path Mental Wellness, you will primarily serve individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your expertise will be crucial in reaching underrepresented populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections and guide clients through their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
