Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our well-equipped outpatient clinic, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and therapeutic tools designed to facilitate effective rehabilitation. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement evaluations to assess the strength, flexibility, and functional abilities of patients.
• Develop and implement tailored physical therapy programs that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses and progress.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, pain management strategies, and techniques for maintaining long-term mobility after therapy.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and treatment equipment to facilitate healing and recovery, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to design a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, sharing insights and feedback regularly.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will primarily work with an adult population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The therapist will engage with each patient holistically, tailoring interventions to not only improve their physical capabilities but also to address their personal rehabilitation goals, thereby fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required.
• An active California Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one, is mandatory for this position.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to modify treatment strategies based on patient outcomes and needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusting relationships with patients, enhancing their care experience.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
