Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule as established with your direct supervisor to provide reliable care to clients.

• Implement directives and follow through on all assigned tasks promptly, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

• Maintain up-to-date credentials, including a valid Oregon Driver’s License and CPR/First Aid certification, to ensure a safe and compliant practice.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and innovations in mental health therapy as required by licensing authorities.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient progress and outcomes, enhancing communication within the treatment team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support youth and young adults facing mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment difficulties. Your expertise will help foster resilience, coping skills, and emotional strength, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• An active, independent mental health license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to motivate clients and remain enthusiastic in challenging situations.

• A proactive approach to task management, with skills to prioritize and delegate effectively in a high-volume caseload setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and young adults in both individual and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
